Krabbe's Green Ring is named after Christopher Krabbe (1833-1913), who was district bailif in Kjellerup.
He took initiative to make planing regulations for Kjellerup town which was unique for a small town like Kjellerup. And since Kjellerup might grow to the status of a borough, the town should have a green park, he thought
