Denmark’s cycle routes: Close to the underwater world

Panorama cycle route: Hirtshals – Uggerby (35 km)

This cycle route follows a path close to the water, alongside rivers and lakes and across bridges. As you cycle, you are sure to see signs of life just below the surface of the water. Take a closer look at the deep-sea fish from the depths of Skagerrak at Denmark’s North Sea Oceanarium. Experience life in the harbour when the fishing boats land their catches. Catch fish from the seashore, or in a river, and then enjoy your catch al fresco, or order freshly caught fish from the menu in one of the restaurants in the fishing town of Hirtshals.
